In April of 2005, a company named Di Fiori LLC purchased all the assets of a company called Your Perfect Wedding including this domain name. The owner of this company was ROBIN BROGAN. Di Fiori purchased all of these assets by borrowing 100% of the money from the company selling these assets. Di Fiori was a start up company. The owner of the company, ROBIN BROGAN, didn't have any funds of her own, so that is why 100% of the purchase price was borrowed.
ROBIN BROGAN guaranteed the money borrowed by Di Fiori. But ROBIN BROGAN filed Personal Bankruptcy in 2005 - and as we all know - personal guarantees can be discharged in bankrupty. ROBIN BROGAN had her personal guarantees discharged and so now, only Di Fiori was obligated to pay the loan back.
In January of 2007, Di Fiori had its charter revoked by the State of Texas for not filing Franchise Tax reports or paying sales tax. Di Fiori, as a legal entity, no longer existed. However, ROBIN BROGAN continued to operate her wedding business using this name and using Your Perfect Wedding. If you paid ROBIN BROGAN or paid Di Fiori or paid Your Perfect Wedding after January 2007, you were writing a check to a company that did not legally exist. If you paid any sales tax on purchases, none of the sales tax was paid to the State of Texas, because the company's charter was forfeited. You should report this to the Comptroller of Public accounts for paying sales tax to someone who might have just kept it.
The name "Di Fiori" is also for sale. The name is NOT OWNED BY ROBIN BROGAN. It is currently reserved.
When ROBIN BROGAN, as the sole owner of Di Fiori, let the company's charter get forfeited, Di Fiori quit paying the loan that was used to purchase all the assets of Your Perfect Wedding.
ROBIN BROGAN does NOT OWN these assets. These assets are owned by Di Fiori. Di Fiori no longer exists and the assets should be returned to the original seller - not used by ROBIN BROGAN to earn a living. ROBIN BROGAN never paid for any of these assets.
Di Fiori stopped making the payments on the loan - still owing over $50,000. ROBIN BROGAN is now using assets worth over $50,000 that do not belong to her personally and that she NEVER PAID FOR!!
So today -- YOU can purchase this GREAT DOMAIN NAME - and have a thriving wedding business of your own.
